Refund & Returns Policy

Returns

  • Timeline: Returns must be postmarked within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • Condition: Returned items must be new, unused, and in their original state.

  • Tag and Seal: Returns won't be accepted if the brand tag or plastic seal is removed.

  • Pickup Attempts: Pickup will be tried twice. If unsuccessful, you must return the shipment to our address.

  • Service Availability: Reverse pickup depends on the availability of the service in your area.

  • Quality/Quantity Issues: Report any issues related to quality or quantity within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Logistics Charge: A 100 INR logistics fee will be deducted as part of the refund process.

Return Process

To return an item:

  1. Request: Raise a request at the support email with a clear photo or video showing the brand tag and plastic seal.

  2. Approval: Once approved, your order will be picked up within 5-7 working days.

  3. Inspection and Refund: The refund process begins after the returned product is received and inspected.

  4. Refund Timing: Refunds typically appear in your original form of payment within 3-5 business days.

Eligibility for Refund

  • Tags Attached: Items must be returned with all tags attached.

  • Condition:

    • The product must be unworn, unused, and unwashed, in the exact condition received.

    • If you have received a defective product, send us images using our return center and we will get back to you. Once they are verified by our support team a refund/replacement will be provided.

Exchanges

  • Current Policy: We do not offer exchanges on any products at this time.
