To place your order, follow these steps
Browse our extensive range of products until you find something you like. Once you've chosen your desired item, select the appropriate size. You may refer to our size guide for assistance.
Click the ‘Add To Cart’ button once you have made your selection.
After adding all desired products, click on the cart icon located at the top right. You can either continue shopping or finalize your selection by clicking ‘Proceed to Checkout’.
At this stage, you can either log in to your existing RLFTW store account or create a new one by continuing as a 'New User'.
Once logged in, proceed to checkout, confirm your shipping address, and select your preferred payment method. Complete your order by clicking ‘Complete Order’.

After successfully placing your order, you will receive a confirmation SMS and email containing your order details and order ID.
You will receive another SMS and email notification once your order has been shipped. From that point, all you need to do is sit back, relax, and wait for your amazing product(s) to arrive.

We have tied up with several reputed courier companies, so your orders will be delivered right to your doorstep within 7-10 business days depending on where you live.
All orders come in fully sealed packages to make sure that all your goods reach you in perfect condition.

To find out when your order is arriving, you need to first log in to your account. Click on the icon to the right of the cart (located on the top right corner) and click on the sign-in button to enter your details.
Click on Orders to see the status of your current order (as well as your order history).
After your order has been successfully placed, you will immediately receive a confirmation and order details via email and SMS. Once your products have been shipped, you will be notified again via email and SMS.
In case there is any unusual event or complication that leads to a delay in shipping your order, you will immediately receive an update from our end- with reasons and the revised shipping and delivery timelines.
If there are any other issues/ delays that come up, or you need the order to be delivered urgently, Please reach out to us on our jaivin.g@resilienceesports.com and provide the required details to raise a ticket then we’ll help sort things out.

Orders in India, once shipped, are typically delivered in 5-7 business days in metros, and 7-10 business days for the rest of India. Delivery time may vary depending upon the shipping address and other factors (public holidays, extreme weather conditions, etc.)

You'll receive a tracking number from us in your inbox as soon as it ships! Orders can be tracked in real-time via this link

For order cancellation, go to your Orders page - press on the cancel button to cancel the order. If your order is already shipped/out for delivery then receive the product and request for a return.

No, Currently we are delivering products only in India.

You can click on the 'Forgot Password' option when logging in, and the password reset link will be sent to you via email.

For prepaid orders, if our courier partners are unable to deliver the product and they send it back to us, we will reship it back to you again within 2 days of arrival with a new airway bill number and share the shipping details to your email id.

We’ll also try and work out a discount for you, depending on the quantity of your order.

We have to leave the tags intact in case the person you’re gifting faces any issues and would like to return the product.
It is not possible to detach the invoices and tags.

We only sell online so there is no try-and-buy option available. However, to make sure you in picking the right size, we have a size guide with measurements on our product pages.

Once you have confirmed the order and we have accepted it, you cannot add any more products to your order. You will have to place a fresh order for the other products.

No, you’ll only receive the actual amount of the product.
